Cancellation Policy

Services: The Coach agrees to provide coaching services as described above. Payment: The Client agrees to pay the fee in full within 30 days of service. Schedule and Attendance: The Client agrees to attend all scheduled sessions or provide 24 hours' notice for rescheduling. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited. In the unlikely event the Coach needs to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, the Client may request a refund if they cannot attend at the new proposed time. Confidentiality: The Coach will keep all information shared confidential, except as required by law. Responsibilities: The Coach will provide guidance, but results are not guaranteed. The Client agrees to participate actively and give honest feedback on how things are progressing so the Coach can adjust said guidance accordingly. Termination: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with written notice. Partial refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Amendments: These Terms may be amended by the Coach with notice to the Client. Legal Framework and Arbitration: Our coaching services are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our coaching services shall be resolved through arbitration in Mountain View, CA in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
