Group Coaching
Your village, online.
Parenting is hard. Doing it alone is harder. These small-cohort programs bring together parents who are navigating the same big feelings, hard behaviors, and quiet worries you are — and give you a framework, a guide, and a community to walk through it with.
Why Group Coaching?
Group coaching isn't a watered-down version of 1:1 work. For many families, it's actually the better fit.
-
You learn from other parents, not just from me. Hearing another parent describe their Tuesday morning meltdown — and watching the group work through it together — teaches you more than any solo session can.
-
You realize you're not alone. The isolation of parenting a child with big feelings or neurodivergence is real. A cohort breaks it.
-
You get a framework you can actually use. Each cohort is built around one of my signature approaches — so you leave with language, tools, and a way of seeing your child that sticks.
-
It's more affordable than 1:1. Same expertise, shared cost, deeper community.
The S.C.U.B.A. Immersion
A 4-week live cohort for parents who want to understand what's really driving their child's behavior
Every child has moments where their behavior surprises us — meltdowns that come out of nowhere, refusals that feel personal, big feelings that swamp the whole house. The S.C.U.B.A. framework gives you a way to look beneath the surface, no matter what kind of kid you're raising. S.C.U.B.A. stands for See the Child Under the Behavior, and Adapt. It was built with universal design in mind, which means it flexes to fit your child — neurotypical, neurodivergent, toddler, teen, somewhere in between. Over four live sessions, you'll learn to read what your child's behavior is actually telling you, respond instead of react, and build a plan that adapts as your child grows. This cohort is for you if you want to stop guessing what's behind the behavior and start responding with confidence — whether your child is neurotypical, neurodivergent, or you're still figuring it out. The next cohort date will be set based on waitlist interest. Add your name below to be the first to know when registration opens.

The Regulation Reef Immersion
A 4-week live cohort for parents and preschool educators
Little kids have big feelings — and the adults around them often have no shared language for what's happening or how to help. The Regulation Reef gives you that language. Over four live sessions, you'll learn the five reef zones — from the shut-down Blue Turtle to the overwhelmed Red Shark, including the Purple Jellyfish (an early-warning withdrawal signal I added because so many quiet kids get missed). You'll leave knowing how to spot what reef your child is in, how to co-regulate them back to a calmer state, and how to set up your home or classroom to support regulation before things escalate. This cohort is for you if you parent or teach a preschool-age child and want a clear, kind, developmentally-grounded way to handle big feelings — without yelling, bribing, or white-knuckling through it. The next cohort date will be set based on waitlist interest. Add your name below to be the first to know when registration opens.
